When does billing begin?: Your trial begins when you finish setting up your workspace, and nothing is charged that day. Billing starts when the 7 days are up, unless you cancel first.

How does per-user pricing work?: Your monthly total is the plan price multiplied by the number of people in the workspace.
Can we cancel?: Yes. Cancel the subscription from your workspace’s billing settings at any time.
