Receipts in. Clean records out.
Receiptor sits between money leaving your business and the record someone eventually has to file. A connection matters here if it brings receipts in without you chasing them, or sends organized records out to the system that files your return.

Each connection below is labelled with where it stands today. On the roadmap means not built yet.
Accounting & bookkeeping
CSV export
Available nowDownload any report as a CSV file.
Choose the columns (date, vendor, category, tax, total, currency and more) and every label you use becomes a column too. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, so your bookkeeper can work from it today.
QuickBooks Online
On the roadmapThe most widely used small business accounting platform.
Sends categorized expenses with their receipt images into your books, so your bookkeeper stops chasing you for backup.
Xero
On the roadmapCloud accounting software, widely used in Canada and the UK.
Pushes expenses and receipt images into Xero, so the record your accountant works from already has its documentation attached.
Email & inbox
Gmail
In developmentGoogle’s email service.
Brings receipts and invoices in from your inbox, which is where most vendor, supplier and ad-platform billing lands. Connect once and emailed receipts stop depending on you remembering to search for them.
Banks & card feeds
Bank & credit card feeds
On the roadmapSecure read-only transaction feeds from your bank and card accounts.
A transaction feed tells you a charge happened; a receipt tells you what it was for. Matching the two would show which expenses are still missing documentation, before year end rather than after.
Common questions

What integrations does Receiptor have today?
Available now: CSV export. In development: Gmail. Everything else on this page is on the roadmap and labelled that way. Receiptor works without any integration: you capture receipts in the iPhone or Android app or upload them, and organize them with your own categories and labels.
Does Receiptor integrate with QuickBooks Online?
Not yet. A QuickBooks Online integration is on the roadmap. The intent is to send categorized expenses with their receipt images into your books. Until then, reports download as CSV with the columns you choose.
Will Receiptor connect to my bank?
Bank and credit card feeds are on the roadmap, not built yet. A transaction feed tells you a charge happened and a receipt tells you what it was for; matching the two would show you which expenses are still missing documentation before year end rather than after.
Which integration matters most for taxes?
Bank and card feeds, because they would reveal the expenses you never captured a receipt for. They are on the roadmap. Today, categories that match your tax form and a CSV of each report are what keep the year-end work small.
Can I request an integration?
